Maintenance and support: Swiftlet.ai is solely responsible for support; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
Warranty: If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations and Swiftlet.ai is responsible for all other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses.

Third-party terms: You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using the app (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
Third-party beneficiary: You and Swiftlet.ai acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you after you accept it.

Trial offers are time-limited and may convert to a paid subscription if not canceled before the trial ends.
