How Swiftlet.ai collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use our products and services.

Information We Collect
Account details such as your name, email, company, and role.
Product usage including recordings you capture, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, notes, and settings. Device and app diagnostics are collected to keep the service reliable.
Billing information (provided to our payment processors) for paid plans.
Integrations data you connect (for example calendar, CRM, or conferencing tools) so we can deliver the requested features.
How We Use Information
Provide, personalize, and improve Swiftlet features, including real-time and post-session AI analysis.
Operate subscriptions and purchases, including fraud prevention and account security.
Deliver customer support, onboarding, and product communications you choose to receive.
Develop and troubleshoot the product using aggregated and de-identified analytics where possible.
When We Share Information
Service providers that help us host, process payments, provide analytics, and deliver communications under confidentiality obligations.
Third-party tools or destinations you instruct us to connect (for example CRM or calendar integrations).

Retention and Deletion
We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide Swiftlet. Recordings and content you delete are removed from active systems and phased out of backups per our data retention schedules.
You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some information may be retained to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we continually improve our controls, monitor for abuse, and limit employee access to customer data.
Your Choices and Rights
Update your profile, notification preferences, and integrations in the app.
Request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@swiftlet.ai.
Opt out of non-essential marketing messages using unsubscribe links or in-app controls.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to data portability, restriction, and objection to processing. We honor those rights where applicable.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand product usage. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, which may impact some features.
Children
Swiftlet is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us for removal.

Swiftlet may process data in the United States and other countries. We use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual commitments, to protect personal data transferred across borders.
